These general conditions govern the general use and sale of products on the site www.atelier-ava.ca. By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the general conditions of sale, that you accept them and that you respect them.

These general conditions of sale are concluded between “the user” which designates any natural legal person using the site www.atelier-ava.ca or wishing to make a purchase via the website www.atelier-ava.ca, and “Atelier AVA”, which designates its founder and sole representative, Alexandra Vazquez.

These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of distance sales of Atelier AVA carried out via the website www.atelier-ava.ca. The order implies irrevocable acceptance of these general conditions of sale. The user declares not to purchase products with the aim of reselling them.

Products, orders and services

Atelier AVA offers physical goods and services.

The goods we offer are The products offered for sale on our site are described with the greatest possible precision. However, product images may vary slightly from actual products due to color differences on computer monitors.

When you place an order, you agree to purchase the selected products at the price indicated, together with the corresponding delivery costs.

Price

The prices displayed on our site are in Canadian dollars. Taxes and delivery costs are indicated separately when placing the order. The price of the products is the price applicable on the day of the order.

Services (regarding personalized orders) will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered.

Once the order has been placed, prices cannot be subject to any modification. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. You also confirm to us that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

Payment

Payment is only made via the payment methods offered on the website www.atelier-ava.ca.

We reserve the right to refuse any order or cancel any existing order if we believe the order is fraudulent or illegal.

Order

The order is sent once payment is received. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and products available for sale. From the last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. Once the order is registered, a confirmation email is sent to the user including a summary of the items ordered and the delivery address. This email confirms that the order has been taken into account by Atelier AVA.

Atelier AVA undertakes to honor orders received on the website only within the limits of available product stocks. If the product is no longer in stock, the user can always contact Atelier AVA via the contact forms for a special order. We also reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.

Delivery

The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user when ordering, no later than 5 working days after the date of their order for shipments to Canada, USA, and Europe.

Customs fees and all other taxes are the responsibility of the user.

We are committed to delivering products as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to the user to inform them of a possible impact on the delivery date.

If the package is returned to our premises following an impossibility to deliver it, reshipment will be at the user's expense.

Returns and Refunds

Atelier AVA does not accept returns. The customer takes the responsibility to carefully look at the details of each product before purchasing.

Refunds are only possible if the package has been damaged or lost. Photo proof will be required for damaged packages. Proof of lost package will be requested for lost packages.

Legal Notice

The site www.atelier-ava.ca is published by Atelier AVA, of which it is the exclusive property.

Atelier AVA's main actions are the design and making and selling of rugs and decorative objects.
