Delivery
The products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user when ordering, no later than 5 working days after the date of their order for shipments to Canada, USA and Europe.
Customs fees and all other taxes are the responsibility of the user.
We are committed to delivering products as quickly as possible. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control. In the event of a shipping delay, an email will be sent to the user to inform them of a possible impact on the delivery date.
If the package is returned to our premises following an impossibility to deliver it, reshipment will be at the user's expense.
