Returns and Refunds

Atelier AVA does not accept returns. The user takes the responsibility to carefully look at the details of each product before purchasing.

Refunds are only possible if the package has been damaged or lost. Photo proof will be required for damaged packages. Proof of lost package will be requested for lost packages. If you notice that your product arrives at your home damaged, contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt of your order.

Modification of the delivery, returns and orders policy

We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes to this policy will be posted on our website. The general conditions applicable to the user are those in force on the site www.atelier-ava.ca on the date the user places the order.
